This was reported by Ukraine’s State Emergency Service.
At the time of the attack, emergency workers were operating at the scene of the fire. The rescuers managed to move into shelter in time, so none of them were injured.

The State Emergency Service stressed that Russian forces carried out the repeat strike precisely while rescuers were working at the site of the earlier attack.
