Russian forces struck Sumy with guided aerial bombs. Five people are known to have been injured.

According to preliminary data, three impacts were recorded in the city’s Zarichnyi district.
As a result of the attack, the residential area, civilian infrastructure facilities and non-residential buildings were damaged. Cars were also damaged. A large-scale fire broke out at one of the impact sites.
According to the head of the City Military Administration, at least five people were injured. The strikes occurred near a high-rise building, in a private housing area and in a non-residential sector.
The injured are receiving qualified care in medical facilities.
