Russian forces attacked Dnipro on the evening of 2 October. As a result of the strike, a high-rise building caught fire.
This was reported by Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.
"The enemy attacked Dnipro. A fire broke out in an apartment building," the statement said.
From the upper floors of the damaged high-rise, rescuers are evacuating people. It is known that as a result of the attack, a 77-year-old woman was injured.
