Police have evacuated an elderly couple from the Dariivka community in the Kherson region. The older residents decided to leave their home because of constant attacks by Russian drones.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional Police.
According to the couple, there are almost no houses left in their village that have not been damaged by shelling. With danger every day, they decided to leave.
Officers took the pensioners to a transit centre. From there, they travelled to relatives in another region, where they will live in safer conditions.
