In Izium, Kharkiv Region, five people were injured on the morning of 3 October as a result of a series of strikes by Russian drones. Premises at two businesses, a block of flats and private homes were also damaged.
This was reported by the Izium Military Administration.
According to the administration, at 07:49 Russian forces carried out a series of strikes on Izium using attack UAVs. Impacts were recorded in several parts of the city.
In the area of the Izium Instrument-Making Plant residential district, an impact was recorded on a warehouse facility belonging to a processing company. A fire broke out there after the strike.
In the Lower Town area, the premises and equipment of a business were damaged, as well as glazing and the roof of a block of flats.
In addition, a Russian drone struck the private sector in the south-west of the city. Private homes were damaged there and a fire broke out.
At present, five injured people are known to have been affected. They are being given the necessary assistance.
According to preliminary information, the occupiers struck with a "Geran-4" drone.
