On 2 October and during the night of 3 October 2026, units of Ukraine’s Defence Forces struck a number of important military facilities belonging to the Russian occupiers.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In the Donetsk area of Donetsk Oblast, a site used to store, prepare and launch strike UAVs was hit.

The General Staff noted that such facilities are among the priority targets. Their systematic destruction is aimed at reducing the Russian army’s ability to use strike drones against civilian infrastructure in Ukraine.

In the Nova Tavolzhanka area of Russia’s Belgorod Oblast, Ukrainian troops struck an enemy command post.

Also in the Novocheretuvate area of Donetsk Oblast, a crossing over the Mokri Yaly River was hit.

In addition, in the Hromivka area of Kherson Oblast, a repair base used by the Russian occupiers was hit.

In the Voznesenivka area of Russia’s Belgorod Oblast, Ukrainian troops struck a depot storing the Russian occupiers’ materiel and supplies.

The General Staff said operations against key targets of the Russian aggressor are ongoing.
