As a result of Russian shelling in the Kharkiv region over the past day, two people were killed and a further seven were injured.
This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
In the village of Shestakove in the Staryi Saltiv community, a 35-year-old woman was killed and a 39-year-old man was wounded. In the settlement of Solonytsivka, a 38-year-old man was injured. On the road near the village of Maslii in the Derhachi community, a 40-year-old man was killed.
In Izium, women aged 45 and 63 were injured. Two more women, aged 42 and 59, suffered an acute stress reaction. In the village of Spodobivka in the Shevchenkove community, a 34-year-old man was injured.

In addition, as a result of an explosion of an unknown device in the village of Bezruky in the Derhachi community, men aged 30 and 59 were injured.
Over the past day, Kharkiv and nine settlements across the region came under Russian strikes. In particular, Russian forces attacked the Shevchenkivskyi and Kyivskyi districts of Kharkiv with UAVs. They also used multiple-launch rocket systems, Lancet-type UAVs, Molniia drones, FPV drones and other weapons.
In Kharkiv, a block of flats, a shop and a car were damaged.
In Bohodukhiv district, three cars and a private house in Zolochiv were damaged. In Kupiansk district, a private house in Velykyi Burluk was damaged.
In Izium district, two blocks of flats, a warehouse, a municipal enterprise, seven private houses and power lines in Izium were damaged.
In Kharkiv district, five cars, two private houses in Derhachi and a block of flats in Solonytsivka were damaged. In Chuhuiv district, a car was damaged.
