On 3 October and during the night of 4 October 2026, units of Ukraine’s Defence Forces struck a number of key military facilities belonging to the Russian occupiers.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the area of the settlement of Kuroshany in Zaporizhzhia Region, a Buk-M3 surface-to-air missile system of the Russian army was hit.
In the Donetsk area of Donetsk Region, Ukrainian troops struck a site used to store, prepare and launch the enemy’s attack UAVs.
The General Staff noted that such facilities are among the priority targets. Systematic strikes against them are aimed at reducing Russia’s ability to deploy attack drones against Ukraine’s civilian population.
In addition, in the area of the town of Klimovo in Russia’s Bryansk Region, Ukrainian soldiers hit an enemy electronic warfare station.
In the areas of Hirnyk, Yasynuvata and Donetsk in Donetsk Region, telecommunications hubs used by Russian units were hit.
In the areas of Vesela Tarasivka and Lysychansk in Luhansk Region, the occupiers’ repair units were hit.
Work against the enemy’s key military targets continues.
