Over the first nine months of 2026, UAH 441.3bn was paid into the general fund of local budgets. This is UAH 67.2bn more than in the same period last year.

This was reported by Ukraine’s Ministry of Finance.

The main revenues since the start of the year were:

  • UAH 257.8bn – personal income tax;
  • UAH 62.2bn – single tax;
  • UAH 37.7bn – land fee;
  • UAH 31.3bn – excise tax;
  • UAH 24.9bn – corporate income tax from the private sector of the economy;
  • UAH 11bn – property tax.

The highest growth in revenues to the general fund of local budgets was recorded in Volyn, Zakarpattia, Lviv, Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Rivne, Ternopil, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia and Mykolaiv regions.

The increase in revenues in these regions is linked, among other things, to the fact that most internally displaced people and businesses have relocated there from areas where hostilities are ongoing or have taken place, or from territories that were or are temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation.

The lowest revenue figures were recorded in regions where active hostilities are taking place or whose territories were or are temporarily occupied, including Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions.

  • In September, more than UAH 192bn was paid into the general fund of the state budget. In total, UAH 503bn in taxes, fees and other payments was paid into the general and special funds.
