Reports are appearing in the Russian information space that may indicate preparations for possible provocations and violations of the ceasefire regime.

This was stated by the head of the Kherson Military Administration, Yaroslav Shanko.

According to him, the declared ceasefire began at 03:00 on 27 October and is due to last until 22:59 on 1 November 2026. At the same time, provocative messages are already appearing in hostile media.

Shanko stressed that even during a ceasefire the threat of Russian attacks remains. He therefore urged residents of the Kherson community to be especially vigilant and cautious on 1 November.

In particular, where possible, people should avoid places where large numbers gather, not visit "red zones", and stay away from areas with heightened risks.

Residents are also asked not to ignore alerts about air danger and the threat of drone attacks, and not to leave safe places without urgent need.

The head of the Military Administration called on residents to take personal safety seriously, not to give in to panic, and to trust only verified sources of information.
