On the night of 1 November, a Russian attack damaged a residential building in the Ostroh district of Rivne Region. Residents were not injured.
This was reported by Vitalii Koval, head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration.
According to him, throughout the night and morning, air defence forces repelled the enemy’s strikes. The attack caused a fire in the building, which has already been contained.
An air-raid alert remains in effect in the region. Residents are urged to follow safety rules.
