The state-owned company sold arms to Libya.
The US Department of Commerce has removed the Ukrainian state-owned company Ukrspetsexport from the entity list subject to sanctions.
The decision to this effect was published on the Federal Register website and will take effect as of 21 March.
Ukrspetsexport was put on the sanction list on 28 March 2013 because the company sold arms to a state sponsoring terrorism.
In 2013, Ukraine was accused of supplying arms to Muammar Gaddafi.
