Over the past day, Russia-backed militants have fired 22 times at the positions the antiterrorist operation forces in Donbass.
The ATO press center says most of attacks take place at dusk.
From the occupied Donetsk and the surrounding area, government troops were shelled from 120- and 82-mm mortars and automatic mounted grenade launchers. Terrorists shelled the army’s defence centers in the area Krasnohorivka and south of Avdiyivka. In the vicinity of Marinka separatists used grenade launchers and sniper fire.
On Mariupol direction, ATO positions nearby the settlement of Berezove-2 were shelled from 120-mm mortar.
On Lugansk direction, near Novotoshkivske area, the enemy fired from automatic mounted grenade launchers.
The militants have reportedly stepped up intelligence activities as several flights of enemy drones were seen.
