Ukrainian troops in Donbas have suffered no losses over the past 24 hours, the antiterrorist operation (ATO) HQ has said on Facebook.

Pro-Russian militants launched 63 attacks on the ATO positions.

The Defence Ministry's spokesman for ATO issues, Oleksandr Motuzyanyk, confirmed the no-loss report at a daily briefing.

According to the ATO HQ, in the Mariupol sector, the militants fired grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms on Hnutove, Pavlopil and Shyrokyne. Near Krasnohorivka they used Grad BM-21 multiple-launch rocket systems, tanks and mortars of various calibres.

In the Donetsk sector, their targeted Avdiyivka, Nevelske and Opytne with 120-mm mortars, Novhorodske, Nevelske, Luhanske and Zaytseve with grenade launchers and small arms. Snipers were active near Avdiyivka, Luhanske and Verkhnyotoretske.

In the Luhansk sector, they fired with 120-mm mortars on Krymske and with grenade launchers and small arms on Novozvanivka.

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has said it detained a sniper woman from the self-proclaimed Donetsk people's republic on the line of contact. She was trying to enter a government-controlled territory to have her documents re-registered there.

"According to her account, she took a special four-month training in Russia in a population centre close to the city of Taganrog, Rostov Region," the SBU statement reads.
