Parliament has allowed private detective services in Ukraine.
Bill No 3726 was backed by 261 MPs, the required minimum being 226.
According to the bill, a private detective must be over 21, have law degree or experience of work in operational units.
They must apply for a license to be issued by the Justice Ministry.
Private detectives collect and record information, search things, property, people and animals at the request of individuals, legal entities or government offices.
