Three Ukrainian servicemen have been injured in yet another explosion of the Molot (Hammer) mortar.
"We've got three more injured in a Molot mortar explosion," a rights activist and coordinator of Media Initiative for Human Rights NGO, Olha Reshetylova, said on Facebook. She suggested that the mortar design had flaws.
The incident happened in a military unit in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area.
The victims are servicemen of the 72nd brigade, the InfoResist website said. They are alive.
The previous incident with a Molot mortar was reported at the Rivne training range on 6 July. Three servicemen killed and nine wounded. A criminal case was opened on charges of the violation of safety rules.
