Russian Dozhd TV correspondent Yevgeniya Zobnina was denied entry to Ukraine on the pretext that she failed to prove the purpose of her visit, the channel has said.
She came to Ukraine on the invitation of the Memorial human rights centre, the Luhansk regional human rights centre Alternatyva and German DRA to take part in a blog tour of Donbas.
She was to leave Kyiv for Kramatorsk late on 4 December.
In a Kyiv airport, she was interviewed in a separate room about her visit and who sponsored it. She was asked whether she had covered developments in Crimea, visited the occupied areas and known about martial law.
