The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) has completed the registration of international observers ahead of the regular presidential election in Ukraine on 31 March, an adviser to the CEC head, Oleksandr Ostapa, has said.
"A total of 2,344 observers representing international organizations and foreign states will take part," he said on Facebook.
Earlier, the CEC said the "unprecedented" number of observers would monitor the presidential election.
Ukraine refused to register any observers from Russia.
