The adviser to the head of the President's Office Oleksiy Arestovich stated on his Facebook page that "the Russian military leadership has launched all the forces they had accumulated in the Ukrainian direction."

"They no longer have reserves," Arestovich stressed.

He said that "according to American data, Russia has used 160 missiles of this type against us, which means that the strikes will soon be more modest - they just do not have the required number of missiles available."

"As for the reserves, the Russians have left: a naval landing operation and a strike by heavy strategic bombers (similar to the usual caliber shelling)," - added the adviser to the head of the OP.

According to Oleksiy Arestovich, the first statements from the Kremlin about "possible new Minsk talks" have appeared.

"Negotiations always mean that the enemy has started to think, if not wear out. And I understand him to some extent. They haven’t managed to storm and pressure us especially because of blown bridges. And it turns out they’ve had the biggest losses since 1945" - said Arestovich.

He stressed that in the coming days, "the Kremlin's talks on negotiations and consolidation of the achieved positions may acquire more and more distinct notes."

We will remind, today, on February 25, the press service of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the number of losses from the occupying troops of the Russian Federation is more than a thousand people. As of 15:00 on February 25, the estimated loss of enemy manpower is 2,800 people. Russia has not suffered so many casualties during this period of hostilities in any of its armed conflicts since its beginning.
