The Armed Forces of Ukraine shared some advice which Ukrainians can use to counteract the enemy.
1. If you see a tank column, you’ll definitely see a column of oil tank trucks following it. Do whatever is necessary so it couldn’t get through. Block the roads, fell the trees, stretch the nets from the gates… any way will do. If there is no fuel, there are no tanks.
2. If you see that the column has come into a windbreak, fell the trees, block it, and don’t let it come out.
3. If you know that the enemy has stopped in the forest, and you are 100% sure that is an enemy — set it on fire.
4. If someone owns an excavator, dig round the settlements so that the enemy couldn’t get through.
5. Owners of weapons with a telescopic sight can shoot the wheels of the enemy’s transport.
6. Remove road pointers from the location. This way the enemy won’t be able to navigate. If they ask you about some location, disinform them.
7. If you see marks on buildings or near important objects, cover them with earth or tar, or destroy them in any way you can.
8. If you have information that the enemy is approaching, burn straw and tires in large amounts. Black smoke will disinform the enemy. They will think that this settlement has already been bombarded. This will help you gain some additional time.

The banking system of Ukraine has all the necessary resource. There are some temporary limitations, for example, the maximum of UAH 100,000 a day can be withdrawn.
