According to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi, the enemy vehicles were forced to retreat from Chernihiv in the direction of Sedniv and from Horodnia to Semenivka.
Soon afterwards, two shells hit the building of the Regional Department of the Security Service of Ukraine in Chernihiv. According to preliminary data from the State Emergency Service, there were no victims or injured.
