Kuleba added, that Russian President Vladimir Putin and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will soon be personally subject to EU sanctions.
“Russian banks, companies, the goods are practically thrown out of the shelves, financial systems, exchanges. Russia os being stripped of sporting and entertainment events – Champion Legue and Eurovision. This wave must rise like a tsunami. And we are working on it. A number of countries have already closed the airspace for Russian airlines, today there will be even more. The world's exiles will have to either not fly at all or fly across the hemisphere. Several EU countries have stopped issuing visas to Russians,”- the minister added.
He told, that the shelling of Lobanovsky's house in Kyiv will be one of the items in the investigation into Russia's war crimes at the International Criminal Court in The Hague. The relevant legal process is already in full swing.
