Any kind of negotiations with Russia as for stopping the war will be held on conditions set by Ukraine.

"After everything that has been happening... I do not think that Ukraine has any weak positions. Even if the process of negotiations is started, and every war ends with a negotiation process, I think that positions of this negotiations' process will be completely different. They will be the positions set by Ukraine. It will set some conditions as for what will happen next, including Donetsk and Luhansk Regions'', - he considers.
Podoliak thinks that the events of last night have shown who has what forces and how the events will develop in the future.
The situation is under control over the whole territory of Ukraine. Russia is attacking from all directions, in all the big cities of Ukraine. To attack the capital the enemy brought all the reserves, but the city keeps repulsing the attacks.
