At 2 a.m.Russian soldiers got under control the road Kipti-Bachivsk in Sumy region, they do not allow civilians to enter the road. Shelling is going on. There are no means of passengers' transportation in the region, not even railway connection. This information was provided by the Military Administration of Sumy Region at 2 a.m. on the 26th of February, - informs"Суспільне".
The road connects the checkpoint Batchivsk on the border with the Russian Federation and village Kipti of Chernihiv region in the direction to Kyiv.
There is no passengers' and railway transportation between the cities of the region.
In Konotop the situation is unstable. As for now on the territory of the city there are Territorial Defense Forces and police, brigade 58 withdrew. RF army forces built block posts.
