The armed forces of Ukraine liberated the village of Makariv in the Kyiv region from Russian occupiers.
It has been announced on the Facebook page of the Commander-in-Chief.
"14 Mechanized Brigades named after Prince Roman the Great and 95 Separate Assault Landing Brigades liberated Makariv of the Kyiv region and take position there!" - informed the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
On the 27th of February, inhabitants of Makariv reported the movement of Russian tanks through the village in the direction of Kyiv.
At noon on the 2nd of March, the Armed Forces of Ukraine began to seize the Russian occupiers, according to the Facebook page of the land forces of the Armed Forces.
