The occupiers are blocking the opportunity to help civilians in the Kyiv region who are suffering amid hostilities.This was announced by the head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration (RSA) Oleksiy Kuleba."The humanitarian situation in Kyiv region is worse than in Mariupol and in other cities. The enemy is blocking the opportunity to provide assistance and shelling civilians! We are doing everything we can to help as soon as possible!" – Kuleba’s message.According to the head of the RSA, if people need help or they can provide it, they should call: +380 (44) 363 07 34.

The victims include children.
