The evacuation of civillians in Enerhodar on March 10 stopped.
The Mayor Dmytro Orlov reported this in Telegram.
"The situation is changing very quickly. In order not to endanger people at night time, based on operational information, today the evacuation using private vehicles is cancelled and postponed till tomorrow," – Orlov wrote.
He specified that the convoy would be formed on March 11 at 10:00 a.m. The details of the evacuation will be announced later.
Earlier, on March 9, Ukraine and Russia, with the mediation of the International Committee of the Red Cross, agreed on a ceasefire to evacuate civilians.
On the same day, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleh Synehubov, said that the Russian occupiers had disrupted the evacuation of Izyum residents.
