The Security Service of Ukraine has exposed enemy agents and saboteurs in four regions and Kyiv.

According to the SSU press service's statements in the telegram, the SSU exposed a resident of the so-called "DPR" in the Zakarpattia region. He spied for the occupier and publicly declared his support for Russian aggression.

At the beginning of the invasion, the spy recorded a video for a Russian TV channel. After that, he began to leak information to the enemy about the location of the Ukrainian military in Kharkiv. The occupiers used it later to shell the city.

The Russian informant hid in Uzhhorod and waited for further instructions from the enemy, but the SSU captured him.

The SSU detained another enemy agent, a citizen of the Russian Federation, in the Kharkiv region.

A few years ago, a criminal wasted budget funds on road construction in his hometown, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskyy. He agreed to cooperate with the FSB RF to avoid criminal liability.

At the time of Russian troops' large-scale invasion of Ukraine, the agent was visiting his mother in Kyiv.

The FSB immediately contacted him and instructed him to collect data on the coordinates of checkpoints on key highways in Ukraine, the number of personnel and available weapons.

In the Donetsk region, security forces detained a 23-year-old resident. He collected and passed vital information about the means of the Armed Forces and the movement of military equipment to the aggressor.

SSU operatives found out that the criminal had handed over the data to a relative, a former fighter of the so-called "DPR", who had left for Russia in 2016.

He sent photos with the military deployment, parking, and movement of the Armed Forces equipment and labels on maps with the exact location through messengers. The occupying forces of the Russian Federation used the obtained intelligence while planning their offensive and terrorist operations.

In Kyiv, a Kyivan recruited by an employee of the so-called Ministry of State Security of Luhansk People's Republic came under suspicion of treason.

The Intelligence agencies found out that the suspect passed data about former and current SSU officers to the curator and tried to recruit Ukrainians in the interests of the Russian Federation.

The SSU exposed a resident of Dnipro who helped the occupiers in the Dnipropetrovsk region. He had found "employers" in one of the telegram channels. He photographed checkpoints in the region and added them to Google maps at their request.

After sending the customers a screenshot of the task, he expected to receive 75 dollars.

SSU special forces detained the spy while he was trying to withdraw some money from a bank card at an ATM.

He has now been informed of the suspicion and taken into custody.

The punishment for criminals who committed treason or sabotage under martial law was increased to 15 years in prison or life imprisonment.
