Russia reopened its airstrikes in Mariupol after 11 am on 10 March. The enemy hits residential areas, Mariupol city council says on Telegram.
"Bombs hit apartment blocks. Pryazovskyi State Technical University located downtown has been damaged. There also has been shelling next to Drama Theater. Information on victims is being clarified", the tweet says.
According to the city council, Russian military forces deliberately shell civilians from Mariupol.
Civilians were supposed to be evacuated from Mariupol today.
Yesterday Russia bombed children's and maternal hospital in the city. Three people including a child were killed.
