Olexiy Arestovych reacted to Russia's airstrike on an orphanage and a maternity hospital in Mariupol. He stressed that now the occupiers are facing an even more serious knock-back from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Arestovych called on the media to convey this information to every Ukrainian soldier.
The Adviser to the Head of the Office of the President (OP) also recorded an appeal to the Russian army: "Yes. Before the attack on the maternity hospital in Mariupol, it was "child’s play". Now, you animals, a absolutely different war is about to start!" said Arestovych.
On 9 March, Russian occupiers carried out an artillery strike on maternity hospital №2 in Mariupol. According to the Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, the maternity ward, as well as the hospital, pediatric, and therapy wards were destroyed.
Subsequently, the head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration said that there were no casualties after the attack on the maternity hospital in Mariupol. So far, 17 staff members and women are known to have been injured.
Deputy Mayor Serhiy Orlov said that 1,170 people had died in the two weeks of the war in Mariupol, and 47 were buried in a mass grave today.
