The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has warned that Russian President Vladimir Putin prepares a terrorist attack on the Chernobyl NPP.
The head of the aggressor country gave the relevant order, according to the Defense Ministry of Ukraine.
"The plan is to create a man-made catastrophe at the Russian-controlled Chernobyl NPP. The occupiers will try to shift responsibility to Ukraine," – intelligence said.
Chernobyl is completely disconnected from the monitoring systems of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). The plant experiences an electricity outage. The service life of the available diesel generators is designed for 48 hours of maintenance of safety systems.
Enemy troops refused to give Ukrainian repairmen access to the station. Instead, "Belarusian specialists" went there on Lukashenko's orders.
"Among them, under the guise of repairmen, Russian saboteurs also come to organize a terrorist attack," - intelligence.
For the past few days, Russian troops have been attacking the Zaporizhzhya NPP and the Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology, where the experimental nuclear reactor is located.
In order to imitate the involvement of the Ukrainian military in the Chernobyl accident, the occupiers are trying to create fake "evidence" to confirm their version. In particular, Russian car refrigerators collecting the bodies of dead Ukrainian defenders were spotted near the Antonov airport in Gostomel. There is a possibility that they will impersonate killed saboteurs in the Chernobyl zone ", - the Ministry of Defense.
The Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense emphasizes that Putin is ready to resort to nuclear blackmail of the world community for the sake of concessions in their support of Ukraine. Such actions of the President of the Russian Federation will have catastrophic consequences for the whole world.
"It seems that this is what the Russian dictator is counting on, demanding unacceptable concessions," Ukrainian military intelligence is convinced.
It should be reminded that Russia is considering blowing up ammonia warehouses in the Kharkiv region to accuse the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The occupier's Defense Ministry is also spreading fakes about "infected bats" and birds in Ukraine.
