The Ukrainian delegation held talks with the Russian delegation in video format. This was announced by the adviser to the head of the Office of the President Mykhailo Podoliak on Twitter, posting a photo together with the head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak.

"Negotiations with the Russian delegation are ongoing in video format. Special working subgroups have been set up. Positions of Ukraine have been defined by extremely strict previous directives," Podoliak said.
It will be recalled that the third round of talks took place on 7 March. At that time, the Ukrainian delegation met with representatives of Russia, but no results that would significantly improve the situation could be achieved – as well as during the meeting of Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba with Russian Minister Sergei Lavrov. According to Kuleba, Russia links the ceasefire to fulfillment of hostile ultimatums by Ukraine.
