The European Union fears that Russia may expand its military activities against one of the NATO countries, RBC-Ukraine reports.

"Putin can expand his military activities. It could be against one NATO country or against another. There are serious concerns. Putin will continue to attack, and we need to limit his attacks.
We must isolate Russia from the international community and support Ukraine," - Borrell said.
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on March 12 that Moscow could prevent Western supplies of military equipment to Ukraine.
NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said that the attack by Russian troops on the supply channels through which NATO member countries provide assistance to Ukraine would be considered an attack on the Alliance.
NATO will launch a large-scale military exercise "Cold Response 2022" in Norway, a few hundred kilometers from the Russian border on 14 March.
