The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine estimates a high probability of involvement of the Belarussian armed forces in the military actions against Ukraine, says operations brief as of midnight March 13.

"There is air surveillance of the objects on Ukrainian territory with drones probably launched from the territory of the Republic of Belarus," says the brief. Besides, Belarus reinforces controls along the Ukrainian border and builds repair facilities for Russian military equipment on its territory.

The General Staff writes that the Russian army is rebuilding its combat capacity, regrouping forces, and preparing new advances in the directions of Polissya, Siversk, Slobozhansk, Donetsk, Tavria and Pivdenny Boug.

"Throughout its military action on Ukrainian territory, the enemy's been met with fierce resistance. They have not achieved any of their objectives. Their actions showed the uncertainty of the military commandment of the Russian Federation as to the strategic objectives and the end goal of their so-called "special military operation," adds The General Staff of the AFoU.

The brief states that the Russian forces are suffering heavy losses, slowing their advance, and were stopped in most directions. "They keep destroying military and civilian infrastructure. To compensate for their losses, the occupants are gathering additional equipment and personnel for the military action on Ukrainian territory."

"In the direction of Siversk, the enemy is working on improving the operational composition of troops and supply logistics.

In the direction of Slobozhansk, the enemy tried to advance towards Izum, then towards Slovyansk. After suffering heavy losses in the Kharkiv area, the enemy retreated one BTG battalion tactical group of the 6th General army to the territory of Belarus (Belgorod region) to renew combat capacity. Meanwhile, the enemy brought additional reinforcement units of the North navy.

In the direction of Donetsk and Tavria, the enemy is launching attacks and air raids and keeps trying to storm Mariupol. The Russian occupants are concentrating reserves to advance towards Severodonetsk, Vugledar and Zapotizhya. The enemy made minor gains in the direction of Volnovakha: they occupied eastern suburbs and tried to move further.

The enemy keeps trying to advance towards Kryvy Rig with no success. They are looking for weaknesses in Ukrainian defense and reinforcing the troops with airborne reserves. In some areas, they are defending previously occupied positions."
