The Head of the Mykolaiv regional military administration published the traditional morning report.
According to Vitaliy Kim, the occupants continue to shell the area. The authorities decided not to cancel the air raid sirens, launched at 02:34.
The air raid sirens in the Mykolaiv area were only canceled at 10:00.
"We were shelled again, Snihurivka – airstrike just on the city. Pervomaisk – also airstrike," Vitaliy Kim said.
The Head of Region Military Administration (RMA) stressed that there were problems with mobile communication in the Mykolaiv region. He added that it was now possible to change the operator.
"Life (the mobile operator) does not work – switch to Kyivstar. Enable automatic cellular network selection, now the unified system works..."
The sirens in Mykolaiv and the region weren't canceled because it isn't clear, "what those fools are thinking", after all, according to the head of RMA, "it is illogical to shoot at the civilian population".
Updated at 12:20. Vitaliy Kim addresses citizens of Mykolaiv again. The Head of RMA called not to believe fakes about tank groups near the regional center.
"The old record is being spread in the social media groups again, allegedly with my voice about the tank attack at 14:00. Don't believe it – it's a fake. There are no tank groups near the city. Let's think and block those who spread it," the Head of RMA of Mykolaiv stated.
Updated. The regional department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that at 06:00 on 14 March due to airstrikes in the town of Snihurivka, according to preliminary data, 30 houses were damaged and 11 destroyed. Rescuers dismantled structures and extinguished fires.
