The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that Russia plans to send some units from the 102nd Russian military base in Armenia to Ukraine.

Meanwhile, suicides and self-harm cases have frequented in the occupying forces.

"The refusal of some Russian servicemen to take part in hostilities due to the low level of the Russian occupiers' morale after clashes with Ukrainian defence forces is confirmed. For example, about 130 servicemen of the 20th Motor Rifle Division of the 8th Combined Arms Army of the Southern Military District refused to participate in hostilities," the General Staff stated.

Russia has accused the commander of the 45th Guards Spetsnaz Brigade of the Airborne Forces, Colonel Vadim Pankov, of failing to carry out a combat mission at Hostomel airfield. Pankov must be fired.

In the city of Dzhankoy, in the temporarily occupied Crimea, schooling has been suspended. Russia will use the premises of educational institutions to accommodate Russian servicemen arriving in the city, the General Staff said. In the Chernihiv region, the occupiers intimidated residents to suppress public resistance.

The pro-government Russian media continue to spread false information about Russia's armed aggression on the territory of Ukraine.

"Creating and distributing staged propaganda videos through all available information channels, including the European Union and the United States, hasn't stopped. The aim is to discredit the activities of the military-political leadership and the Defense Forces of Ukraine," the Armed Forces stressed.

Despite this, the Defense Forces of Ukraine continue step by step to liberate the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine in all directions, the General Staff stressed.

On 18 March, the Ukrainian military was able to push enemy armies 70 km away from the right bank of Dnipro.

The Ukrainian defence forces destroyed a column of Russian equipment near Trostyanets, Sumy region.

In Kharkiv, the occupiers destroyed the Academy of Public Administration building.
