The Donetsk RMA head, Pavlo Kyrylenko, announced that the Russian army launched a missile strike on Kramatorsk, the Donetsk region, on the morning of 18 March. They hit residential and administrative buildings.
It is currently known about two dead and six wounded. Other details are being specified.
"The Russians cannot wage a fair war between the armies, so they continue to fire on civilians," the head of the region added.
Update. Kramatorsk mayor Oleksandr Honcharenko reported that it is known about two dead and 26 wounded people as of noon on 18 March.
"One administrative building was destroyed, 100% of the damage. An apartment building was destroyed with 90% of the damage. Two apartment buildings are destroyed with 60-70% of the damage. About 40 apartment buildings have various kinds of damage; more than ten different commercial properties," the mayor wrote on Facebook.
According to the mayor, removing of the rubble is going on.
