"The main task of the enemy is to surround / capture the city of Kyiv from the north and north-west directions. It is possible that the enemy will try to cross the river Irpin in the near future. Enemy groups are carrying out rotation and replenishing supplies. We observe active air surveillance of the positions of our troops. The invader is trying to build up logistic chains. We observe aimless and chaotic shelling of civilian housing and infrastructure of the settlements close to the capital,” - the notification said.
