The military and political administration of russia is preparing to use minors in the war against Ukraine. The corresponding decree has been published by the Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

The decree "About organizing the involvement of the members of the military and patriotic civil movement "Yunarmiya" ("Young army") in the conduction of the special operation in the territory of Ukraine" has been signed by Shoigu, the minister of defence rf.

"The decree tells about the reporting preparation of the potential human reserve, aged 17-18, for the involvement in military actions within the occupational army. The high military command of rf should provide proposals about the carry-out of preparations of the mentioned personnel as soon as possible. Head of the chief military and political administration of AF rf Hennadiy Zhydko has been assigned responsible for the completion of the decree", the agents noted. 

"Yunarmiya" is a children and youth military organization under patronage of the Ministry of Defence of rf, which is noted for their radical propagandist activities among russian youngsters. It accepts members aged 8+ years.

"Similar actions were conducted by the military leadership of the Nazi Germany during the World War II. Since 1943, the high school pupils in "Hitlerjugend" units were involved to serve in anti-aircraft-artillery squads. And between September 1944 and January 1945, 150,000 underage girls were recruited to serve in Hitler's army", the servicemen reminded.

"Yunarmiya" has been created in 2016. Russia has opened its centres in the occupied territories of Ukraine as well.

Russia already uses conscripts aged 18-19 in the war against Ukraine. They are also being convinced to switch over to contracts with russian army.
