Russia hit with two missile attacks one of the military proving grounds in the Rivne region. Vitaliy Koval, the head of the region military administration, announced this on the morning of 21 March.
“The 26th day of the war. Today the air-raid alert sounded three times in the Rivne region. Two missile attacks were fired at one of the military proving grounds," he said.
A commission is working at the site of the attack. Details will be announced later.
Earlier, Russia already several times fired missile attacks at the Rivne region. On 11 March 2022, the enemy dropped three bombs near the Mylyach village. On 14 March, hit the TV tower, killing 20 people. On 16 March, the Russians fired Sarny city.
