Since the start of Russia's war against Ukraine on 24 February, the occupiers have destroyed 651 houses and partially damaged about 3,780 houses. This was reported by Ukrinform with reference to a briefing by Deputy Head of the State Emergency Service Roman Prymush.

"We already have an analysis of the number of affected buildings. About 3,780 residential buildings were partially damaged, 651 residential buildings were completely destroyed," Prymush said.

However, according to him, these statistics reflect only those facilities where rescuers can assess the amount of damage without endangering their lives. It does not apply to the occupied territories. Therefore, the scale of the destruction is much greater.

At the same time, according to Prymush, the State Emergency Service is already developing plans to rebuild the country's destroyed civilian infrastructure.

"We are already recruiting forces for the future reconstruction of the country," he said.

The US Department of Defense has concluded that Russian troops are deliberately attacking civilian facilities in Ukraine.
