Earlier, the UN International Court of Justice in the Hague ruled to implement temporary measures on Russia in the case of its war against Ukraine.
"Ukraine has won a case against Russia in the UN International Court of Justice. The court ordered Russia to stop the invasion of Ukraine immediately. The order is binding for Russia in accordance with international law. Ignoring the decision will increase Russia's isolation level," - wrote President Volodymyr Zelensky.
"To cease immediately military operations that began in Ukraine on 24 February 2022. To ensure that any military or regular armed units, as well as other organizations or individuals controlled by the Russian Federation, will not take steps to continue the military operation," - says the message of the State Special Communications Service of Ukraine
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, explained that the court's decision at the highest legal level states Russia's invasion as a fact and determines that Russia's unjustified aggression should stop.
