At the same time, as Davyd Arakhamiya, a member of the Ukrainian delegation to the negotiations in Belarus, said, the talks between Ukraine and Russia occur every day at the level of expert groups.

The fourth round of peace negotiations between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations took place on 14 March.
