In the evening of 21 March, the Russian occupiers fired on the Rivne region. According to Vitaliy Koval, the head of the Rivne Region Military Administration, the air raid sirens sounded seven times during the day.
"Four missile strikes from the air have been recorded in Rivne district. Our Armed Forces have coped with three missiles. Damages and destruction are possible from the fourth missile. The losses are being clarified," Koval said.
Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, military blogger Anatoliy Stefan added in his telegram channel that the relevant services are already working at the site where the fourth missile hit.
On the eve of the shell bombing in Kyiv, the Retrovil shopping center, 6 residential buildings, two schools and two kindergartens were destroyed. The Security Service of Ukraine later announced the detention of a man who posted on social media footage of military equipment near the site of the missile strike.
