The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has amended the list of critical imports to ensure uninterrupted food supplies in Ukraine.
This was announced by the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Roman Leshchenko.
"...The list has been updated 11 times already so that theNational Bank can ensure the constant implementation of cross-border foreign exchange payments for operations on the import of goods. In parallel, all the time we added critical groups of goods for the needs of agricultural producers" said the Minister.
According to Leshchenko, they added during the last update agricultural machinery and spare parts, equipment for agricultural works (tractors, agricultural machines, trucks, truck tractors, sprayers, irrigation equipment, seeding machines, all cultivating equipment, tanks), fertilizers, preparations, and other goods.
The Minister emphasized: the task of his Ministry is to ensure uninterrupted supplies of all goods that guarantee food security to Ukraine.
We remind you that Ukraine has simplified the requirements for food imports. We are talking about labeling imported products for their quick import during martial law.
