Two children and one adult died as a result of the shelling of Rubizhne in Luhansk region, reported by the Head of Regional State Administration, Serhiy Haidai.
“The tragedy occurred in the evening when the Russian army intensified shelling. At about 20:00, the enemy hit a multi-story residential building in Rubizhne. The shell exploded on the fifth floor. Rescuers found three dead, two of them children. The enemy does not stop and continues to aim hard at civilians. Today, the world again learns that the so-called ‘russian world’ means the death of children,” he wrote in the Telegram.
He noted that the gradual destruction of infrastructure facilities in Luhansk region is underway. At the same time, russians have been deliberately targeting businesses in recent days.
“Last night, the enemy attack provoked fire of an enterprise and educational institution in Rubizhne, and rescuers continued to extinguish the fire at the Lysychansk oil refinery,” Haidai said.
The fires broke out in five residential buildings in Kreminna and three in Rubizhne.
