There have been hostilities for three days in Irpin near Kyiv. The occupiers attacked from three directions, but the Ukrainian Armed Forces repulsed the attacks.
Irpin mayor Oleksandr Markushyn declared it on air of the telethon, reports RBC-Ukraine.
"There have been tough battles for three days in Irpin. The enemy was advancing from three directions, and our army repulsed the attacks. Yesterday, we delivered humanitarian aid - we did it at night because there were severe attacks during the day. Many people need help, and we do our best, where there is no fighting. It's tough here. I'm at the funeral now; our fighter died in battle the day before yesterday," Markushyn said.
On 26 March, volunteers posted the video from Makariv, the village in the Kyiv region which is constantly exposed to enemy bombing.
The police and the regional military administration in the Kyiv region launched a Telegram bot to search for missing people.
