US President Joe Biden joined Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov and Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba to meet with American counterparts in Warsaw.

Kuleba said this in an address following the meeting.

"It was a significant opportunity to meet in Warsaw with my colleague US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and the United States Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin. We came here with Ukrainian Defense Minister Reznikov. We sat down and talked for the first time in this format 2 + 2. Then, President Biden joined us," he said.

According to Kuleba, the Ukrainian ministers had a long and extensive conversation with the American president.

According to Kuleba, Biden joined for two reasons - to develop a dialogue with Zelenskyy and to express his admiration for all Ukrainians who resist the Russian aggressor.

At a meeting with the ministers, Biden said that current events in Ukraine would change this century. It is a war of tyranny against the free world. He also said that the United States would stand firm with Ukraine in everything until our victory. Nothing will force the United States to turn away or weaken support.

Kuleba added that the United States is already working on new sanctions. Ukraine proposes to use them against all political figures in Russia. The ministers discussed the heroic resistance of Mariupol separately at the meeting.

In addition, they discussed the following arms supplies to Ukraine with the US officials. According to Kuleba, there is progress on this issue. He noted that the United States, among all the states, provides the most significant support to Ukraine.

The United States is allocating 1bn dollars for humanitarian aid to Ukrainians who became refugees and suffered from the war with Russia. The US invited up to 100,000 Ukrainians and others fleeing Russian aggression.
