On March 26, Russia shelled the town of Boyarka in the Kyiv region, wounding four people, including one child, reported Kyiv regional prosecutor’s office.
“Fastiv prosecutor's office opened a criminal investigation of the shelling of the town of Boyarka by the occupying forces. The actions of the Russian military are classified as a violation of the laws and customs of war - art. 438 of the Criminal law of Ukraine,” says the report.
According to the investigation, on March 26, Russian military personnel opened fire on the town of Boyarka, damaging private houses, a multistory residential building, garages, and other objects. Today, the enemy also shelled the village Tarasivka nearby and hit the Shepetivka-Kyiv local train.
