The Russian occupier shelled Kharkiv on the night of 27 March 2022; a fire has not been extinguished.
Numerous photos and videos on social networks prove this situation. However, the fire and shelling have not been officially reported yet.
Yesterday the Russian military again shelled the nuclear research installation "Dzherelo neitroniv" ["Source of neutrons"] in Kharkiv. The State Inspectorate for Nuclear Regulation of Ukraine reported this information. But unfortunately, it is impossible to assess the damage due to the battles.
